Smoothie King in Mobile, AL seeks an Assistant General Manager to support the GM in leading the store team and delivering an exceptional guest experience while upholding brand standards and the company’s mission. The AGM will be involved in hiring, training, scheduling, and daily operations to ensure top-tier service.

You will monitor KPIs, oversee cash handling, ensure food safety compliance, and drive local marketing initiatives to grow the business and engage the community.

Qualificações

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience as a shift lead in a restaurant or similar retail setting.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to perform basic POS and computer functions.
• Ability to work varied hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsabilidades

• Assist the General Manager with hiring, developing, and leading the team to provide a great guest experience.
• Use operational tools such as Profit and Loss, Daily Business Review, Cash & Deposit Log, and scheduling/inventory tools to achieve operational excellence.
• Assist in developing local store marketing plans and community outreach programs.
• Collaborate with the GM to maintain store environment, KPIs, and address improvements.
• Manage cash activity for the store (daily deposits).
• Ensure compliance with food safety guidelines and train Team Members accordingly.
• Uphold the company culture, mission, and core values.
• Maintain store cleanliness and coordinate maintenance/replacements of equipment.
• Drive implementation of company programs through action planning and team motivation.
• Communicate marketing strategies and promotions in-store for proper execution.
