Job summary

Buckle is seeking an Operations Manager in Houston, TX, to support our mission of creating the most enjoyable shopping experience for guests. This role may also perform Freight Coordinator and Visual Merchandiser duties as needed.

Essential duties include managing operations, supervising onboarding, promotions, inventory, and POS knowledge, while ensuring loss prevention practices and policy adherence. The position requires flexibility, strong guest service, and a commitment to team leadership.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; or 1–3 months related retail experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Oversee a variety of operational tasks as assigned by store management.
• Lead onboarding, interviews, and onboarding of new teammates to support store operations.
• Develop and maintain knowledge of POS software and visual merchandising standards; organize fixtures and shelving.
