Buckle is seeking an Operations Manager for our Auburn Hills, MI location to drive the guest experience and store performance. The role may include duties of Freight Coordinator and Visual Merchandiser based on business needs.

You will lead daily operations, train teammates, manage inventory, and ensure POS systems and policies are followed, all while maintaining Buckle’s standards of service and ethics.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; retail experience is a plus.
• Ability to manage inventories and supervise a team.
• Strong customer service mindset with attention to detail.
