Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; or one to three months related retail experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Must be 18 years of age or older due to the nature of the job.

Responsibilities

• Oversee store operations, driving a positive guest experience and efficient daily tasks.
• Lead onboarding, interviewing and onboarding for new teammates; monitor hiring dashboards daily.
• Manage promotions, displays, pulls, markdowns, inventory reviews, and POS knowledge.
