Responsibilities

• Interview, hire, train and develop partners; plan, assign, and direct work.
• Review historical data to predict future sales from ads and promotions.
• Manage inventory and in-stock levels using item management processes.
• Open/close store as assigned and ensure proper procedures.
• Inspect products for quality control and food safety standards.
• Prepare and verify store deposits; balance tills and manage tender policies.
• Notify Store Director of process improvement opportunities.
• Verify accurate pricing with operations support and scanners.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and sanitary store environment.
• Provide customer service and assist shoppers with locating products.
