Brookshire Grocery Company is seeking a Store Operations Manager to lead staff across multiple departments, ensure product quality, safety, and inventory accuracy, and drive sales aligned with company standards.

You will oversee merchandising plans, training, loss prevention, and customer service, while managing expenses to maximize cash flow and profitability in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Associates Degree or equivalent required; two+ years related experience acceptable.
• Must obtain HIPAA certification within 2 weeks of starting in role.
• Must obtain Tobacco/Alcohol certification (TABC/LACT/AATC/ABLE) within 2 weeks where applicable.
• Must obtain Manager Food Safety certification within 2 weeks of starting in role.
• Must obtain Anti-Money Laundering (AML) certification within 2 weeks of starting in role.

Responsabilités

• Interviewing, hiring, training and developing partners; plan, assign and direct work; appraise performance and discipline as needed.
• Train partners within departments supervised.
• Review historical data to predict future sales; manage inventory to maintain in-stock levels and review P&L, sales, shrink and labor data.
