Job summary

Brookshire Grocery Company is looking for a Store Operations Leader to manage multiple departments, ensure product quality, safety and inventory integrity, and drive sales and profitability. You will lead staff, execute merchandising plans, control costs, and deliver outstanding customer service in a fast-paced retail environment.

You’ll need strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, with a focus on training, loss prevention, and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Minimum 18 years of age (implied) and two years of related experience or equivalent.
• Must obtain HIPAA certification where applicable, and other regulatory certifications as required by role.
• Associates Degree in related field preferred; health and safety certifications may be required.

• Manages staff and operations of store departments; ensures product quality, food safety, and inventory stock levels.
• Oversees merchandising plans; ensures adherence to standards and procedures; drives sales and profits.
