Qualifications

• High school Diploma or GED; must be 18+ and 21+ to drive per policy.
• Two or more years of related experience or equivalent education.
• Certifications: TABC/LACT/AATC, Food Handler, AML, HIPAA, Manager Food Safety; Fuel Operator C training.

Responsibilities

• Oversee store operations and assist Store Director in managing staff.
• Train and develop partners; interview, hire, and discipline as needed.
• Review historical data to forecast sales; manage inventory and pricing accuracy with scanners.
• Open/close store and ensure safety, food safety, and regulatory compliance.
• Balance tills and handle deposits; communicate with upper management regarding issues.
