Job summary

Brookshire Grocery Company is seeking a store operations leader to support the Store Director in running a convenient, friendly, and clean shopping environment. You will train and guide Service Specialists, optimize inventory, and ensure safe, efficient store operations.

The role requires 2+ years of related experience, multiple certifications (AML, HIPAA, food safety, TABC/LACT/AATC), and strong leadership and communication skills to thrive in a fast-paced retail setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 2 years of related experience or equivalent.
• AML, HIPAA, and food safety certifications required.
• TABC/LACT/AATC certifications required.
• Fuel Operator C training required.
• Manager Food Safety certification required.
• Health insurance considerations and confidentiality expected.

Responsibilities

• Oversee store operations to support Store Director.
• Interview, hire, train and develop partners.
• Review sales, inventory and labor data for decision making.
• Ensure accurate pricing and inventory control.
• Open/close store per procedures and manage deposits.
• Maintain safety, cleanliness and customer service standards.
