Job summary

Brookshire Grocery Company in Tyler, TX is seeking a capable supervisor to support the Store Director in delivering a convenient, friendly, and clean shopping experience. You will lead Service Specialists, train team members, and help manage daily store operations.

You’ll review sales data, assist with staffing, inventory control, pricing accuracy, and customer service excellence while maintaining safety standards and adherence to company policies.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Two or more years of related experience; or an equivalent combination of experience and/or higher education.
• TABC/LACT/AATC certification required.
• Food Handler certification required.
• Fuel Operator C training required.
• Manager Food Safety certification required.
• AML certification and HIPAA familiarity where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Leads and provides guidance to Service Specialists; trains partners as needed.
• Manages store inventory and pricing accuracy; reviews sales and labor data.
• Opens/closes store and ensures proper procedures are followed.
• Balances tills and handles deposits; maintains cash handling procedures.
• Identifies process improvements and communicates with Store Director.
