Job summary

CubeSmart Self-Storage is looking for a Store Operations Manager to handle customer relations and daily property management. The role emphasizes servicing customers, achieving monthly sales goals, and overseeing leasing, payments, and upkeep of the site.

You will walk the property, perform lock checks, and ensure a clean, safe facility while coordinating with teams to maintain inventory and budget control.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering high-quality customer service to a diverse market.
• Self-driven mindset with strong operational focus.
• Basic computer skills including MS Office products.
• Ability to work Saturdays.
• Access to a personal vehicle, valid license, and up-to-date insurance.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
• Ability to stand, walk, and perform physical tasks as needed.

Responsibilities

• Developing customer relationships by identifying self-storage needs and providing solutions.
• Meeting monthly sales goals and metrics.
• Walking the property for daily operations including lock checks and unit showings.
• Renting spaces, selling store merchandise, and managing the leasing process and payments.
• Processing invoices and managing reports and auctions.
• Overseeing store expenses and inventory.
