Job summary

CubeSmart Self-Storage is seeking a Store Operations Manager to blend customer service with property maintenance. You will build relationships, meet sales targets, manage leasing, process payments via POS, and ensure smooth daily operations on-site.

Responsibilities include invoice management, budget oversight, and maintaining a clean, safe facility. The role emphasizes teamwork, reliability, and delivering quality service to guests.

Qualifications

• A positive and outgoing personality with a passion for helping people.
• Experience delivering high quality customer service to a diverse customer base.
• Self-driven mindset with strong operational focus.
• Basic computer skills including MS Office products.
• Ability to work Saturdays.
• Access to a personal vehicle, valid driver’s license, and up-to-date insurance.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Developing customer relationships by identifying self-storage needs and providing solutions while delivering a standout customer experience.
• Interacting face to face with customers and building rapport.
• Meeting monthly sales goals and metrics.
• Walking the property to perform daily operational tasks including lock checks and showing units.
• Renting storage spaces, selling store merchandise, managing the leasing process, processing payments via POS, and handling daily deposits.
• Managing invoice reviews and approvals in the database.
• Processing invoices, managing reports and auctions.
• Overseeing the store’s expense budget and inventory.
