CubeSmart is seeking a Store Operations Manager to lead daily store activities, build customer relationships, and ensure smooth leasing and payments. This role emphasizes both customer service excellence and property maintenance across our locations.

You will manage leasing, process payments through a POS system, and help drive store performance while maintaining a clean, efficient facility and a safe customer experience.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering high-quality customer service to diverse customers.
• Self-driven with strong operational focus and reliability.
• Basic computer skills including MS Office.
• Ability to work Saturdays.

Responsibilities

• Develop customer relationships by identifying self-storage needs and providing solutions.
• Interact face to face with customers and deliver standout service.
• Meet monthly sales goals and metrics.
• Walk the property for daily operations tasks including lock checks and unit showings.
• Rent self-storage spaces, manage leasing, collect payments via POS, and handle daily deposits.
