SKIMS is seeking a Store Leader to build and guide a high-performing team, driving elevated service and strong store performance. You will coach in real time, own P&L and inventory, and partner with HQ to align on strategies that support the brand’s growth.

Requirements include 4+ years of leadership, exceptional communication, and a proactive, customer-first mindset. This full-time role demands flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of leadership experience.
• Proven track record of hiring, leading, and developing effective store teams.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work closely and effectively with others; provide exceptional customer service.
• Strong problem-solving, operational, and organizational skills.
• Strong visual merchandising skills with keen attention to detail.
• Must be able to stand, move around the store, and lift up to 40 pounds regularly.
• Full Time Availability: evenings, weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed.

Responsabilités

• Lead with a customer-obsessed mindset, coaching Team Members in real time to elevate connection and conversion.
• Deliver elevated service at speed with strong floor presence and emotional intelligence.
• Embed SKIMS mission and values in the store experience and educate on product expertise.
• Oversee daily operations, visual execution, and maintain store standards, replenishment, and merchandising.
• Own key metrics including P&L, payroll, inventory, and productivity, adjusting strategies as needed.
• Lead with impact, using data and decision quality to optimize performance.
• Recruit, onboard, and develop top talent to strengthen bench strength.
• Maintain a culture of ownership, collaboration, and mutual respect through clear communication.
