Altar'd State in Winston-Salem, NC is seeking an Assistant Store Leader of Operations to partner with the Store Leader in driving sales, service, and operational execution in a fast-growing women's fashion brand.

You will lead a team, manage floor sets, inventory, loss prevention, and scheduling, and mentor associates to deliver exceptional guest experiences while upholding brand standards.

Formación

• Minimum 1 year of retail management experience.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Strong leadership and guest-service focus.
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and stand for extended periods.

Responsabilidades

• Assist Store Leader in meeting sales goals and controlling expenses.
• Oversee scheduling, merchandising, audits, and loss prevention.
• Lead and develop associates; provide feedback and coaching.
• Manage floor sets, visual standards, and customer service.
• Ensure a safe, clean, and inviting store environment.
• Collaborate with district leadership on initiatives.
