Qualifications

• 1 year retail management experience required
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred
• Physical ability to perform tasks including standing, walking, climbing ladders, and lifting up to 30 pounds

Responsibilities

• Lead guest service and store operations to achieve sales goals and controllable expenses
• Co-manage scheduling and floor sets, merchandising presentation, and loss prevention
• Coach and develop associates, provide feedback, and drive engagement and performance
