Job summary

Altar’d State is seeking an Assistant Store Leader of Operations to partner with the Store Leader in driving guest service, sales goals, and store execution. You will oversee scheduling, inventory, merchandising presentation, and loss prevention while developing talent and fostering a high-energy, customer-focused team.

You will lead by example, coach associates, and ensure the store operates within company standards.

Qualifications

• 1 year Retail Management
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred

Responsibilities

• Direct activities required to achieve store goals including guest service, sales objectives, operating expenses and merchandising presentation.
• Drive excellence through increasing sales, finding operational efficiencies and developing top talent.
• Lead by example to ensure exceptional guest experiences and adherence to company standards.
• Manage scheduling, back-of-house organization, inventory, and loss prevention procedures.
• Train new associates on operational processes and collaborate with leadership on hiring decisions.
