Job summary

Altar’d State is seeking an Assistant Store Leader of Guest Engagement to support the Store Leader in delivering exceptional guest service, achieving sales goals, and maintaining a pristine store environment. You will lead by example, coach teams, and drive engagement to foster strong guest relationships.

You will develop associates, participate in staffing decisions, and ensure loss prevention and payroll controls are executed while upholding the brand standards across the store.

Qualifications

• 1 year retail management experience.
• Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• Must be able to lift and carry up to 30 pounds regularly.

Responsibilities

• Direct activities to achieve store goals including guest service, sales objectives, operating expenses, and loss prevention.
• Lead and support Store Leader, drive associate and guest engagement, provide exceptional service through relationship building and product knowledge.
• Coach and develop associates, manage onboarding, and participate in hiring/promotions decisions.
• Oversee floor leadership, payroll co-management, and store operations planning.
• Maintain brand standards, weekly reporting, and visual merchandising excellence.
• Ensure guest experiences are consistently exceptional, including fitting room and styling services.
