You will provide guests with exceptional service through relationship building and product knowledge sharing, while maintaining a clean, well‑maintained store.

Qualifications

• 1 year of retail management experience.
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Lead store operations to meet guest service and sales goals.
• Oversee scheduling, back-of-house tasks, and loss prevention.
• Coach and develop associates to improve performance and engagement.
• Support floor sets, merchandising, and overall store presentation.
