Altar'd State, located at Fayette Mall in Lexington, KY, is seeking an Assistant Store Leader of Operations to drive guest service excellence, manage sales objectives, and optimize store operations. You will lead by example, coach associates, and ensure a clean, well-maintained environment that reflects the brand’s standards.

You will partner with leadership to control expenses, execute floor sets, and develop top talent while delivering an outstanding guest experience daily.

Qualificações

• 1 year Retail Management experience.
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• Physical ability to lift and carry up to 30 pounds regularly.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and support store operations to achieve guest service, sales, and expense goals.
• Direct floor sets, merchandising presentation, and visual standards.
• Oversee scheduling, back-of-house organization, and inventory controls.
• Coach and develop associates to improve performance and retention.
• Support loss prevention and banking procedures to protect company assets.
• Collaborate with District Leader on staffing, payroll, and store planning.
