Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Experience leading, coaching, and developing associates to achieve customer service and business goals.
• Experience using KPIs and data insights to drive store performance.

Responsabilités

• Assist store manager in delivering a best-in-class customer shopping experience.
• Lead teams in planning and executing merchandising and operating initiatives.
• Communicate results and action plans to associates based on survey data and metrics.
• Identify opportunities with department heads to drive sales and reduce shrink.
• Model and enforce highest level of customer service and issue resolution.
• Support budgeting discussions and labor cost management to meet targets.
• Foster relationships with local community organizations and, if applicable, union agents.
• Provide feedback to department heads and associates and support staffing and retention efforts.
