Sephora Naperville is seeking an Operations Leader to drive store excellence, oversee the operations team, inventory, and merchandising while delivering exceptional client experiences in a fast-paced retail environment.

You will coach and develop staff, maintain brand standards, manage scheduling (30-40 hours weekly), and collaborate with teams to meet store goals. Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and work nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of leadership experience in retail operations or hospitality.
• Ability to lead, coach, and develop teams to achieve goals.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities
