Job summary

Sephora Santa Clara Square seeks an Operations Leader to drive store performance, oversee inventory and merchandising, and coach a team to deliver an exceptional client experience.

In this regular full-time role you will lead operations, manage replenishment, uphold Sephora standards, and promote a culture of inclusion and accountability while working a 30-40 hour week with peak period coverage.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of leadership experience in retail operations or hospitality.
• Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop teams to achieve goals.
• Strong attention to detail with excellent problem-solving and organizational skills.
• Effective time management and ability to prioritize in a dynamic environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead with impact: oversee inventory management, replenishment, order fulfillment, and ensure standards.
• Drive brand presentation: lead visual merchandising, promotions, and store maintenance.
• Support client experience: partner with the team to deliver exceptional service and meet goals.
• Coach and develop: train team members and drive accountability and growth.
