Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of leadership experience in a retail operations or hospitality role
• Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop teams to achieve goals
• Strong attention to detail with excellent problem-solving and organizational skills
• Effective time management and prioritization in a dynamic environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds as needed

Responsibilities

• Oversee inventory management, replenishment, order fulfillment and ensure standards are met
• Lead visual merchandising, promotional events, and store maintenance to uphold Sephora’s brand and drive sales
• Partner with the team to deliver exceptional service and help achieve store goals
• Coach and develop team members to grow within Sephora and learn operational processes
• Foster an inclusive, collaborative, and high-performance culture
• Uphold Sephora standards and store safety policies
