• 3+ years of retail management or store operations experience.
• Experience in off-price, big-box, or multi-unit retail environments.
• Flexibility to work early mornings, nights, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to lift and move boxes weighing up to 40 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Customer Service and Cashier teams, ensuring policy compliance and high customer service standards.
• Oversee the receiving process, transfers, debits, damages, and chargebacks with the Receiving Supervisor.
• Act as the Manager on Duty to model leadership and drive store results.
• Support staffing, sourcing, interviewing, training, and succession planning.
• Communicate effectively with District and Regional Management teams.
