Job summary

Sprouts Farmers Market seeks an Assistant Store Manager to direct all store operations, guide perishable and non-perishable departments, and drive sales with robust customer advocacy. You will lead a team of about ten managers and receivers, ensuring safety compliance and exceptional service in a fast-paced environment.

You will oversee inventory, labor, and expenses, communicate new initiatives, and maintain high standards of product knowledge and customer experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; a related degree preferred.
• Experience leading non-perishable and perishable department operations with P&L responsibility.
• Strong communication skills, detail orientation, and problem-solving decisiveness.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, bookkeeping/accounting, time and attendance, and HR software.

Responsibilities

• Direct all store processes across departments to drive sales, safety, and efficiency.
• Lead a team of about ten managers and receivers with respect and integrity.
• Balance inventory, labor, and expenses to meet targets and maintain compliance.
