You will oversee perishable and non‑perishable departments and ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards while delivering exceptional customer service. You will manage a team of department leaders, work closely with store leadership, and uphold Sprouts values to foster a positive, productive workplace

Qualifications

• Minimum age 21 with high school diploma or equivalent.
• 1–3 years retail experience or combination of education and experience.
• Proven leadership in both perishable and non‑perishable operations.

Responsibilities
