Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum age 18; 21+ to drive for company business per policy.
• Two+ years of related experience or an equivalent combination of experience and/or higher education.
• TABC/LACT/AATC certification required.
• Food handler certification required.
• Fuel Operator C training required.
• Manager Food Safety certification required.
• AML certification required.
• HIPAA certification required.

Responsibilities

• Interviewing, hiring, training and developing partners; directing work.
• Reviews historical data to predict future sales from ads and promotions.
• Manages inventory to ensure satisfactory in-stock levels.
• Reviews profit, loss, sales, shrink and labor; reports to upper management.
• Checks inventory on trucks and ensures accuracy of inventory and paperwork.
• Opens/closes store following proper procedures.
