Brookshire Grocery Company in Tyler, Texas, is seeking an experienced store management professional to oversee daily store operations and support the Store Director in delivering a clean, friendly shopping environment.

You will lead Service Specialists, manage staffing and training, review sales and inventory, and ensure compliance with safety, AML and food-safety standards while delivering excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Two or more years of related experience; or an equivalent combination of experience and/or higher education.
• TABC/LACT/AATC certification required.
• Food Handler certification required.
• Fuel Operator C training required.
• Manager Food Safety certification required.
• AML certification required.
• HIPAA certification required.

Responsibilities

• Interviews, hires, trains and develops partners; plans, directs, and evaluates work.
• Reviews historical data to predict future sales from ads and promotions.
• Manages inventory and ensures in‑stock levels.
• Reviews P&L, sales, shrink and labor data; reports to upper management.
• Checks inventory on trucks, unloads products, and handles ordering.
• Opens/closes store following proper procedures.
• Ensures quality control and food safety standards.
