Job summary

Brookshire Grocery Company in Tyler, Texas is seeking a Store Operations Leader to support the Store Director in overseeing total store operations, focusing on departmental performance, partner development, customer satisfaction, compliance, and financial objectives.

You will provide leadership and coaching to partners to ensure a safe, clean, and customer-friendly shopping experience, manage front-end and inventory processes, and help drive sales, margins, and store profitability.

Qualifications

• Associates Degree in related field and two+ years of related experience.
• HIPAA certification required within 2 weeks of starting in role.
• TABC/LACT/AATC/ABLE certifications where applicable within 2 weeks.
• Manager Food Safety certification within 2 weeks of starting in role.
• AML certification within 2 weeks of starting in role.

Responsibilities

• Interviewing, hiring, training and developing partners; planning, directing work.
• Lead by example in delivering customer service and resolving complaints.
• Open/close store, ensure safety, security and procedures.
• Execute pricing, planograms, promotions; manage front end operations.
• Monitor inventory, ordering, receiving and stock rotation.
• Review P&L, sales, shrink, and labor metrics; advise Store Director.
• Ensure food safety, sanitation and quality standards across departments.
• Oversee loss prevention and safety initiatives; conduct store walks.
• Train, coach and hold partners accountable for performance.
