Job summary

Burlington Stores in Bellevue, NE is seeking an Operations Service Manager to lead the Customer Service and Cashier teams, ensuring policy compliance, safekeeping of funds, asset protection, and accurate record keeping.

You will oversee receiving operations, partner with the Receiving Supervisor on inventory accuracy, act as Manager on Duty, and support staffing, training, and succession planning while coordinating with District and Regional teams.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Retail Management or Store Operations experience in off-price, big-box, or multi-unit retail.
• Experience utilizing scheduling and reporting computer software.
• Ability to lift and move boxes up to 40 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Customer Service and Cashier teams, ensuring policy compliance and customer flow at registers.
• Oversee the receiving process, inventory accuracy, and SOP execution.
• Act as Manager on Duty and support staffing, training, and succession planning.
