Job summary

Burlington Stores, Inc. is seeking an Operations Service Manager in Bellevue, NE. You will lead Customer Service and Cashier teams, drive policy adherence, protect assets, and ensure efficient store operations while coaching a growing team for excellent service and professionalism.

This role requires 3+ years in retail management, flexibility in schedule, and ability to handle physical tasks. You’ll collaborate with leadership to optimize performance and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Retail Management or Store Operations experience in a large-format retail setting.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including early mornings, nights, weekends and holidays.
• Physical ability to lift/move up to 40 lbs and operate standard store software.

Responsibilities

• Lead Customer Service and Cashier teams, ensuring policy compliance, asset protection and accurate records.
• Guide Customer Service Supervisors to maintain smooth customer flow at registers.
• Oversee store operations and receiving SOPs for accuracy and efficiency.
• Manage receiving processes including transfers, debits, damages and chargebacks with Receiving Supervisor.
• Act as Manager on Duty (MOD), modeling leadership and driving store results.
• Support Store Manager with staffing, sourcing, interviewing, training and succession planning.
• Assist in other store operations areas as needed.
• Communicate effectively with District and Regional Management teams.
