Burlington Stores, Inc. is seeking an Operations Service Manager in Green Bay, WI. You will lead Customer Service and Cashier teams, drive policy compliance, protect assets, and oversee store operations and receiving processes.

You will mentor Supervisors, assist in staffing and training, and partner with District/Regional teams to deliver excellent customer service and strong business results.

• Proven leadership in a retail setting.

• Experience managing customer service and cashier teams.

Responsabilidades

• Lead Customer Service and Cashier teams with policy compliance and asset protection.
• Guide Supervisors to meet customer service expectations and smooth check-out flow.
• Oversee operations and receiving SOPs and inventory accuracy.
• Act as Manager on Duty to lead by example and drive store results.
• Support staffing, interviewing, training, and succession planning.
• Communicate with District and Regional teams.
