Job summary

CVS Health seeks an Operations Supervisor to support the CVS Store Management team in planning and driving store execution and performance while building consumer loyalty through excellent service. When no manager is onsite, you lead the store and supervise staff, ensuring opening and closing procedures are completed.

This full‑time role emphasizes teamwork, communication and customer relations, with responsibilities spanning merchandising, price setting, stock management and daily operations.

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning ability, analytical skills and computer skills.
• Advanced communication skills, supervision and influencing skills.
• Ability to work a full-time flexible schedule including early mornings, overnights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Lead store operations and supervise staff when no manager is onsite.
• Support planning, opening/closing procedures and store execution.
• Assist customers and promote CVS customer service culture.
• Supervise crew and communicate with management and crews.
• Merchandise, price, stock shelves and maintain displays.
