Job summary

CVS Health is seeking an Operations Supervisor to support the Store Management team in planning and driving store execution and performance. You will lead the team when no manager is onsite, ensure opening/closing procedures are completed, and foster a culture of safety, quality and excellent service for CVS/pharmacy customers.

You will manage customer interactions, coach staff on personalized service, and oversee merchandise presentation, pricing and inventory to maintain a welcoming shopping

Qualifications

Deductive reasoning ability and analytical thinking are required.
Strong communication, supervision and influencing skills are essential.
Flexibility to work a full-time schedule including early mornings, overnights and weekends is required.
Experience as a retail supervisor is preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead store operations in collaboration with the CVS Store Management team.
Ensure excellent customer service and resolve issues following company policy.
Oversee price tagging, shelf stocking, displays and weekly promotional merchandising.
