Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide an exceptional experience on an ongoing basis.
• Operate cash register according to PMG standards, including cash handling, record keeping, and paperwork.
• Train, coach, and hold employees accountable.
• Execute daily store tasks with speed, accuracy and efficiency.
• Report to store during emergencies: break-in, robbery, alarm setting, or staff failure to lock up.
• Remain drug free and submit to random drug screens.
• Conduct or delegate cigarette inventory counts and trend reports as directed by management.
• Follow policies for vendor check-in, inventory reporting, and employee discipline; adhere to handbook procedures.
• Communicate daily issues/challenges with Management.
• Ensure PMG Safety and Operational Excellence policies are followed.
• Perform duties with integrity, honesty, and respect.
• Support Management with other assigned tasks.
• Maintain business records and input all sales data into the computer system.
• Oversee store operations including cleanliness, customer service, inventory rotation, stocking, ordering, and related requests.
• Assist cashiers in sales transactions and manage shifts including stocking, cash register, and cleaning.
• Supervise parking lot, pumps, trashcans, lighting and machinery to operate the convenience store.
• Training will be provided on duties and responsibilities.
