Petroleum Marketing Group, Inc. is seeking a dedicated Store Manager to oversee daily operations, supervise staff, and ensure exceptional customer service at our Fayetteville location.

Responsibilities include managing inventory, cash controls, safety compliance, training new team members, maintaining cleanliness, and driving efficiency. A high school diploma or GED and prior experience in retail, hospitality, or foodservice are preferred.

• Previous restaurant, retail, hospitality, or customer-service experience.

Responsabilidades

• Greet customers and provide an exceptional experience on an ongoing basis.
• Operate cash register, record keeping, and paperwork according to standards.
• Train, coach, and hold employees accountable.
• Execute daily store tasks with speed, accuracy, and efficiency.
• Ensure safety, security, and cash controls; manage inventory and deposits.
• Supervise maintenance of parking lot, pumps, lighting, and cleanliness.
• Assist cashiers and support management with daily duties.
