Job summary

Safelite is hiring a Store Manager to lead daily store operations, focusing on quality service and a memorable customer experience. You will oversee opening/closing, scheduling, cash handling, inventory, and loss prevention while coaching a high-performing team.

In this role you will drive KPI achievement, ensure SafeTech certification for technicians, coordinate with marketing for in-store displays, and maintain a safe, welcoming store environment for customers and staff alike.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years of leadership experience in retail or service environments.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Experience in achieving KPIs and managing store operations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily store operations including opening/closing, scheduling, inventory, and cash handling.
• Drive team performance to meet KPI targets and company goals.
• Ensure technicians are SafeTech certified and maintain quality installs/repairs.
• Guide vehicle and equipment maintenance and collaborate with marketing for materials display.
• Deliver world-class customer service and respond to complaints/warranty issues.
