Crosby’s Stores is seeking a motivated Assistant Store Manager to help lead daily store operations. You’ll assist the Team Leader in creating a clean, efficient, and welcoming environment while delivering exceptional customer service and driving store success.

You’ll supervise team members, maintain high standards, and ensure every customer has a great experience—every day, every time. Shift differential may apply to overnight hours.

Qualifications

• Minimum requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent and Serve Safe certification.
• Experience in retail or food-service leadership is preferred.
• Ability to supervise staff and handle cash/daily reports.

Responsabilités

• Assist Team Leader in daily store operations and staffing.
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve issues promptly.
• Oversee merchandising, cleanliness, and brand standards.
• Support inventory, cash handling, and payroll-related tasks.
