Crosby’s Stores is seeking an motivated and dependable Assistant Store Manager to help lead daily store operations and support the Team Leader. You’ll ensure a clean, efficient, and welcoming environment while delivering exceptional customer service and driving store success.

You’ll supervise team members, maintain high standards, and ensure every customer has a great experience—every day, every time. This role emphasizes leadership, operations, and customer focus.

Qualifikationen

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Able to work at least 40 hours/week, including weekends.
• Valid Driver’s license required by policy.
• Serve Safe certified preferred.
• Proficient in basic math for cash handling and reports.

• Assist with opening/closing procedures and cash handling.
