Crosby’s is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to help lead daily store operations and support the Team Leader in delivering excellent customer experiences. You will supervise staff, maintain high standards, and drive store profitability while ensuring a clean, welcoming environment.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old and have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Able to work at least 40 hours/week, including weekends.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation as required.
• Serve Safe certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver prompt, friendly, and professional service to every customer.
• Supervise daily store operations and maintain standards.
• Train, coach, and support store associates.
• Assist with scheduling and payroll-related tasks.
• Follow opening/closing procedures and cash security policies.
