Job summary

Crosby’s Stores is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to help lead daily store operations and support the Team Leader in delivering a clean, welcoming environment. You will supervise team members, ensure high standards, and promote exceptional customer service to drive store success.

You will also oversee merchandising, promotions, inventory, and safety compliance while supporting payroll, cash handling, and reporting.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Able to work at least 40 hours/week, including weekends.
• Serve Safe certification is preferred.
• Proficient math for cash handling and shift reports.

Responsibilities

• Deliver friendly, professional service to customers.
• Oversee daily operations to ensure efficiency and profitability.
• Train, coach, and support store associates; assist with scheduling.
• Assist with inventory, cash handling, and payroll-related tasks.
• Maintain store safety, cleanliness, and brand standards.
