Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• 1–3 years experience in retail management or customer-facing roles.
• 1–3 years of retail management experience (or customer-focused experience).

Responsibilities

• Collaborates with the Store Manager to develop and execute multi-month growth plans, forecasting and planning 90+ days out.
• Directly manages a team of Captains (Supervisors) and guides the broader store team through coaching and development.
• Upholds merchandising and presentation standards and drives company programs, while modeling exceptional athlete experiences.
• Leads training initiatives and ensures teammates are trained to deliver elevated customer experiences with accountability.
• Partners with Store Manager on staffing, payroll, and scheduling to meet budget goals and adapt to traffic and trends.
• Hires and builds strong teams, drives interviewing and selection processes for Captains and hourly staff.
• Ensures safety, policy compliance, and a welcoming store environment for teammates and athletes.
