CNG Holdings, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to lead customer interactions, educate on our product portfolio, and ensure regulatory compliance across Check N Go, Allied Cash Advance, and Cash Store brands.

The role includes cash handling, daily balancing, and coordinating with store leadership to optimize customer experience. The position requires 1+ year in sales or customer service, strong communication, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Competenze

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1+ year of experience in sales, customer service, and/or cash handling preferred.
• Strong customer service, active listening, and verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office programs.
• Ability to multitask and work in an autonomous environment.
• Must have own reliable transportation, valid Driver’s License and auto insurance.

Mansioni

• Serve and educate customers on the product portfolio by presenting options that meet their needs.
• Escalate issues to the store manager, District Director of Operations, or corporate office when needed.
• Answer telephone inquiries and process general questions or applications.
• Perform outbound calls for sales, courtesy, and collections in compliance with regulations.
• Respond professionally and explain solutions to customers, ensuring they feel supported.
• Handle currency and cash drawers; balance receipts and assist with discrepancies.
• Process transactions including loans, check cashing, and Net Spend per policy.
• Complete compliance trainings and adhere to company policies.
