Job summary

CNG Holdings, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to serve as a front-line brand ambassador for Check N Go, Allied Cash Advance, or Cash Store brands in its family. You will ensure outstanding customer service and regulatory excellence while supporting store operations across the district.

Responsibilities include educating customers on products, handling cash, making deposits, and ensuring compliance with federal and state regulations. Travel within the district may be required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent experience.
• 1+ year(s) of experience with sales, customer service, and/or cash handling preferred.
• Strong customer service, active listening, and verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office programs.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently.
• Must have own reliable transportation with valid driver’s license and automobile insurance.

Responsibilities

• Educate customers on the product portfolio and present options that meet their needs.
• Escalate issues to the store manager or district/corporate if unresolved.
• Answer phone inquiries about general questions, applications, or other issues.
• Perform outbound customer sales, courtesy, and collection calls per regulations and procedures.
• Handle cash, balance drawers, and assist with deposits and reconciliations.
• Ensure compliance with federal/state regulations and company policies; complete trainings.
