CNG Holdings, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to serve as a front-line brand ambassador for Check N Go, Allied Cash Advance, or Cash Store.

You will drive outstanding customer service and regulatory excellence across stores in the district. Responsibilities include educating customers on product options, handling cash, processing transactions, and ensuring compliance with company policies and federal/state regulations.

Formación

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
• 1+ year(s) of experience with sales, customer service, and/or cash handling preferred.
• Strong customer service, active listening, and verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office programs.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work in an autonomous environment.
• Must have own personal reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license with insurance.
• Ability to embody company values of accountable, inclusive, transparent, and focused.

Responsabilidades

• Serve and educate customers on the product portfolio by presenting all options for products and/or services to meet their needs.
• Escalate issues to store manager or corporate office if unable to resolve with the customer.
• Answer telephone inquiries and assist with general questions, applications, or requests.
• Perform outbound customer sales, courtesy, and collection calls in line with regulations and procedures.
• Handle and count currency, cash, and coins; manage a cash drawer and deposits.
• Balance daily batch receipts with sales reports and resolve discrepancies.
• Complete customer verifications and process transactions per policy.
