Job summary

CNG Holdings, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to act as a front-line brand ambassador across Check N Go, Allied Cash Advance, or Cash Store networks.

The role emphasizes outstanding customer service, regulatory compliance, and accurate cash handling while supporting store operations and driving sales. Responsibilities include educating customers on product options, resolving issues with supervision, handling inquiries, and ensuring accurate transactions per policy across our district

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or equivalent experience.
• 1+ year of experience with sales, customer service, and/or cash handling preferred.
• Strong customer service, active listening, and verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office programs.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work autonomously.
• Must maintain a valid Driver’s License and Automobile Insurance as required.

Responsibilities

• Serve and educate customers on the product portfolio by presenting options that meet their needs.
• Escalate issues to the store manager, DDO, and corporate office if unresolved.
• Answer telephone inquiries and assist with customer applications and requests.
• Perform outbound customer sales and regulatory compliant calls.
• Respond professionally to customers and explain possible solutions.
• Interact with customers using active listening to clarify information and diffuse complaints.
• Handle currency and cash management including deposits.
• Balance batch receipts with store reports and resolve discrepancies.
• Perform customer verifications and process all transactions per policy.
