lululemon is hiring an Assistant Manager, Operations for Grove City Premium Outlets Pop Up. The role supports store leadership by managing schedules, payroll, inventory, budget execution, and vendor relationships to ensure smooth retail operations.

You'll drive omnichannel guest experiences, lead a diverse team, and execute company directives while maintaining a safe, inclusive store environment with a focus on performance and growth.

Qualifications

• 1 year experience managing business operations and administration, including scheduling and management of labor hours.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the country where the store is located.
• Ability to travel to assigned store with reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Implement Store Manager’s Operations vision and cascade to team members.
• Plan and prepare weekly team member schedules according to labor requirements and budget.
• Monitor budget, P&L, expenses, and other data; support planning and scheduling.
• Provide floor leadership and maintain efficient store operations.
• Oversee inventory accuracy and labor alignment for deliveries.
• Lead company-level operations directives and safety policies.
