Job summary

lululemon is seeking an Assistant Manager, Operations for Seattle Premium Outlet to lead store operations, staffing, and guest experiences. You will manage payroll and administrative tasks, plan weekly schedules, monitor inventory and budgets, and drive store initiatives with the leadership team.

The role requires at least 1 year of operations management experience, strong organizational skills, and the ability to lead and collaborate in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• 1 year experience managing business operations and administration, including scheduling and management of designated labor hours.
• Experience coordinating payroll-related activities and store administrative tasks.

Responsibilities

• Implement the Store Manager’s Operations vision for the store and cascade to team members.
• Plan and prepare weekly team member schedules according to labor requirements and budget.
• Monitor inventory, vendor relationships, and store facilities to support smooth operations.
• Manage budget, P&L data, expenses, and store performance metrics with leadership.
• Provide floor leadership and ensure efficient coverage during shifts.
• Support omnichannel guest programs and ensure a seamless guest experience.
