lululemon is seeking a Product Operations Lead at the Grove City Premium Outlets Pop Up to drive store product strategy, inventory management, and back-of-house operations. You will lead inventory shifts, supervise BOH activities, and ensure both floor and BOH are stocked and organized, while contributing to team performance and hiring decisions.

The role requires collaboration with leadership to optimize product action execution, stock accuracy, and guest experience.

Qualifikationen

• 1 year of work experience
• Experience with inventory management, product or visual merchandising, stocking, or planning and logistics including using business technology
• Experience in leading, mentoring, delegating or process implementation with others

Aufgaben

• Collaborate with store leadership to bring product strategy to life.
• Plan, manage, and lead inventory processing and accuracy activities per SOPs.
• Ensure execution of product actions (pull backs, consolidations, repricing).
• Engage team members to create a productive inventory shift atmosphere.
• Monitor product levels and inform sell-through strategy for guest satisfaction.
• Analyze daily data to inform store leadership on product focus or pricing for outlets.
• Participate in hiring, onboarding, and training processes.
• Provide feedback, coaching, and development opportunities to team members.
• Foster a respectful, inclusive team environment.
• Lead from the floor as Supervisor on Duty to deliver a world-class guest experience.
